Adult Group Coaching at KPLTC

1. A separate booking/subscription is required for each player.

2. The course consists of 6 group coaching sessions at Kilternan Parish LTC. Session content may be adjusted slightly to suit group needs while remaining consistent with the course description.

3. If a participant misses a session for personal reasons, that session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or carried forward.

​

4. Sessions will proceed in most weather conditions, including rain and wind. However, where weather, court conditions, or a club closure make play unsafe or impossible, the session will be rescheduled when possible.

5. If PlayTennis.ie cancels a session (e.g., coach illness, venue closure), we will offer a rescheduled session. If that is not possible, we will provide a pro-rata refund/credit for the cancelled session(s).

6. You may cancel up to 14 days before the course start date for a refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider, if applicable). After the course starts, no refunds are offered for unused sessions except where required by law.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
