This Refund Policy forms part of the PlayTennis.ie Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Bookings and Payment

All coaching sessions, courses, clinics, camps, and programmes must be paid in full in advance.

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

 

2. Individual Sessions, Clinics and Events

Bookings for individual sessions, clinics, and events are considered final once confirmed.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.

Where sufficient notice is given, PlayTennis.ie may offer a rescheduled session or credit at its discretion.

Participants may transfer their place to another suitable player with advance notice.

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

 

3. Courses and Programmes

Courses and programmes are typically sold as a block of sessions.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the programme start date may be eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Once a programme has started, refunds are generally not available for unused sessions.

If a refund is granted after the programme has started, PlayTennis.ie may deduct the value of sessions already delivered.

4. Cancellations by PlayTennis.ie

If PlayTennis.ie cancels a session due to coach illness, unsafe weather, venue closure, or insufficient numbers, we will offer:

• a rescheduled session
• a credit
• or a refund where rescheduling is not possible

 

5. Weather Conditions

Sessions may proceed in light rain or wind.

Where conditions are unsafe, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Weather-related cancellations are typically handled by rescheduling rather than refunds.

 

6. EU Consumer Cooling-Off Period

For online bookings, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, if the service begins within this period, you agree that the service may start immediately and therefore waive your right to cancel once it has begun.

 

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
